On a narrow 12m x 30m plot of land, the Blueridge duplex maximizes the use of natural light and ventilation. Following a 5m x 5m grid for each of the 2 houses, the layout is characterized by a central circulation spine (stairs & hallway) which then pushed all the rooms on the exterior facing sides of the building. A central lanai area allows a gentle blend and transition space between the exterior/landscaped and interior areas.
