Most of the bedrooms and common areas, with full height windows and accessible balconies, are oriented towards the garden deck and a 20m lap pool at the back.

Although new Frangipanis (Kalachuchi) and Ravenalas (Traveller’s palm tree) surround and soften the structures, the original coconut trees were preserved as an homage to the once original farm lot.
