ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

2a CONCEPT & SCHEMATIC DESIGN
We conceptualize creative solutions based on your requirements, timelines, and wishlist.
2b DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Our team of engineers are responsible for completing the structural, mechanical, electrical, sanitary & plumbing segment of the design.
In addition to this, the list of materials we propose to use will be presented.
2c CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION
At this point, a contractor has been hired to execute the design. We ensure that he/she is well-equipped with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the design before the construction begins.
2d CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
At crucial periods during the construction, we visit the site or existing project to confirm whether or not the design is executed in accordance to the specifications.

OTHER SERVICES
Other services are offered to reduce potential issues during the execution phase.
3a ENVIRONMENTAL GRAPHICS DESIGN (EGD)
We design wayfinding and identity tools such as signages, graphics, and logos to educate respective parties.
3b 3D MODELING & VISUALIZATION
Using the latest modelling and rendering software, we provide highly detailed renderings of sites or existing projects. This includes 3D models in various levels of detail and 500 models of existing buildings from Google Earth.
